"Smokey" Warren, were jointly charged, tried and convicted in Muskogee County District Court, in Case No. CRF-82-515, for Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery (Count I) (21 O.S. 1981, § 421), Attempted Armed Robbery (Count II) (21 O.S. 1981, § 801), and First Degree Felony-Murder (Count III) (21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7(B).
