GULBRANDSON, Justice.

Paul Van De Kop appeals a Teton County District Court order awarding the custody of C.G., an infant, to his natural father, Steve Weber. We restate appellant's issues as (1) whether the District Court applied the correct test in determining the question of custody; and (2) whether the court properly concluded that the best interest of the child would be served by awarding custody to the natural father.
