Charles Keith Richard (Richard) appeals the judgment of the trial court ordering him to share joint custody of his son, Chad, with his separated wife, Mary Lynne Tarzetti (Tarzetti). The trial court ruled that there was an insufficient difference between the two parents or between their situations to rebut the presumption of joint custody.
