This action arises out of an agreement between the defendant, Hagie Manufacturing Company ("Hagie"), and the plaintiff, International Harvester Company ("Harvester"), under which Hagie agreed to sell fifty high clearance crop sprayers to Harvester for eventual resale by Harvester dealers.
