The defendant appeals his judgment and sentence for attempted aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, and carrying a concealed firearm. The jury found Vazquez guilty on all counts. He was sentenced to four concurrent three-year prison terms, those on the first three counts being mandatory minimums.
