Today's appeal finds one convicted as accessory after the fact of burglary presenting a challenge to the sufficiency of the prosecution's proof and an evidentiary question. Beyond that, the Appellant disputes that his prior criminal convictions truly arose out of separate incidents, in consequence of which Appellant denies that he is an habitual offender.
