Appellant/defendant appeals an order of the Palm Beach County Circuit Court, in a foreclosure action. The order granted plaintiff's motion to appoint a receiver for the property which was collateral for a loan from appellee/plaintiff to defendant and for the rents and profits thereon, and appointed the receiver.
