Donald Olp pled no contest and was convicted of four counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, a class B felony, AS 11.41.436(a)(2), two counts of assault in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, AS 11.41.230(a)(1), and three counts of criminal nonsupport, a class A misdemeanor, AS 11.41.120.
