This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment in a suit brought by the appellant, Ranger Insurance Company ("Ranger"), against Darwin Lee Whitlow. In its action for declaratory relief, Ranger sought a declaration that it could deny coverage and not provide a defense to Whitlow, its named insured, for his accident with Thomas J.
