Appellant Eddie James Williams brings these consolidated habeas corpus appeals, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, challenging his separate state court robbery convictions. Williams claims that the identification procedures employed by the police after his arrest were impermissibly suggestive. He further claims that the attorneys who represented him at his two trials each rendered ineffective assistance, both at the trial and appellate stages...
