This is an action brought in the Superior Court by the plaintiff insurance company to secure a declaratory judgment to the effect that the plaintiff has no liability to any of the defendants under § II, Coverage E ("PERSONAL LIABILITY"), of a homeowners' policy issued by the plaintiff to Adelard W. and Josephine Allaire, the insureds.
