This is an appeal by Marta Lopez from an order of the trial court entering final judgment for Florida Power & Light Company [FPL] and Asplundh Tree Expert Company [Asplundh] in accordance with FPL's and Asplundh's motions for a directed verdict. Following a careful review of the record, briefs, and arguments of counsel, we conclude that a reasonable jury could not have returned a verdict for Lopez on the basis of the evidence, and, therefore, we affirm...
