AFFIRMED. We find no error in the trial court's holding that Chapter 75-473, Laws of Florida, as amended is not violative of Article II, Section 5(a) of the Florida Constitution. Nor do we find error in the trial court's conclusion that no dual-office holding or conflict of interest concerns arise that would preclude a Palm Beach County Commissioner from also sitting as a member of the Palm Beach County Solid Waste Authority.
