Debtor-appellant Bernard Armstrong seeks to avoid being placed in involuntary bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303, et seq. He appeals determinations by the bankruptcy court and the district court that he is not a farmer within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. §§ 303(a) and 101(17) and (18) and that he is a debtor within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 303(h)(1).
