Ronnie Luke Edwards was convicted by a jury for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), and for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), 18 U.S.C. § 2.
