Nancy Knies (Knies) appeals from an order dismissing her action which sought quo warranto relief in contending that the city attorney of New Berlin and his assistant violated sec. 196.675, Stats. Knies argues that City Attorney T. Michael Schober and Assistant City Attorney Steven J. Lownik represented a common carrier in violation of the statute.
