This is an employment discrimination case in which plaintiff has charged defendants with violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985(3), 2000e-2(a)(1), and 2000e-3(a). Plaintiff also claims that her rights to due process were violated when she was terminated from her employment without a hearing of any kind.
