BARKDULL, Judge.

The appellant was informed1 against for a violation of Section 817.234(8), of the Florida Statutes (1985).2 He filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 3.190(c)(4) of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, contending that no crime had been charged.
