Plaintiff filed this action against defendant, First Interstate Bank of Oregon, her former employer, alleging unlawful employment discrimination, invasion of privacy, breach of contract and wrongful discharge. The court ruled for defendant on the discrimination claim, and the jury decided the remaining claims in plaintiff's favor.
