Defendant was charged with assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct involving sexual penetration, MCL 750.520g(1); MSA 28.788(7)(1). Defendant pled no contest to second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c(1); MSA 28.788(3)(1), on March 10, 1982. The court sentenced him to five to fifteen years in prison on April 5, 1982.
