Plaintiff, Louise E. Mansour, instituted this suit for damages as a result of injuries sustained when she fell out of a sofa-bed while traveling in a motorhome on a public roadway. Named as defendants were Warren Randall, the owner and operator of the motorhome, and his insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm).
