SHIVERS, Judge.

Appellant, J. Larry Williams, appeals from a summary judgment in favor of appellee, Russell R. Bevis. The issue in this case is whether there existed a genuine issue of material fact sufficient to preclude the granting of Bevis' motion for summary judgment. We reverse.
