MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SIFTON, District Judge.

Defendants, Alvaro Rojas, Amado Cardona and Frank Parra, have been indicted for possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), and for conspiracy to do the same in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The charges arise from defendants' arrest on December 17, 1986, at which time 60 kilograms of cocaine were seized. All three defendants have moved on various grounds...
