An attorney, William Henry Sanders, intervened claiming an interest in a worker's compensation suit that demanded attorney's fees for the arbitrary and capricious failure to pay medical expenses. Sanders had represented the worker when the suit was filed, but he was later discharged by his client. In the intervention Sanders also sought recovery from his former client, pursuant to their employment contract, of some money advanced, including payment...
