MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GETZENDANNER, District Judge:

On April 14, 1987, defendant Joyce E. Tucker renewed her plea for this court to abstain from adjudicating this action. The renewed abstention request, predicated on the doctrine of Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37, 91 S.Ct. 746, 27 L.Ed.2d 669 (1971), comes one week after the Supreme Court issued its newest explication of that doctrine in the much-publicized case...
