Defendant, Geoffrey B. Smith, Jr., was indicted on charges of conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine, and the use of a communication facility to commit a felony. A motion to suppress evidence was denied, and defendant entered a conditional plea of guilty pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2) to the conspiracy count (a violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846)...
