MEMORANDUM DECISION

JACKSON, Judge:

Appellant Ernie Bruno seeks reversal of an adverse summary judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

In December, 1983, Bruno resigned from his job with Plateau Mining Company ("Plateau") in the face of involuntary termination for fighting in the mine. He filed this action for wrongful discharge nineteen months later, claiming Plateau had violated its de facto policy — impliedly incorporated...
