PER CURIAM.

Petitioner Thomas Farese appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky dismissing his claim for federal habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. We affirm.

Farese is serving two concurrent federal sentences. The first is a twenty-four year sentence, to be followed by a six-year special parole term, for participation in a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848...
