This is an age discrimination suit.1 A jury found that Morrison's had willfully violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and awarded damages. Morrison's moved for judgment n.o.v. and a new trial. The district court granted Morrison's motion for judgment n.o.v. as to the finding of willfulness, thus rendering Spanier ineligible...
