Davis contends that the court committed obvious error in failing to instruct the jury under 17-A M.R.S.A. § 101(3) (1983) and the defenses under 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 102, 104 and 105 (1983) (public duty, use of force in defense of premises and use of force in property...
