Defendant King George Frisby, Jr., was charged by indictment with home invasion (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, par. 12-11(a)(2)) and residential burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, par. 19-3).
