In this Family Court case, the respondent, a 17½-year-old juvenile, was adjudicated wayward for having driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating beverages, in violation of G.L. 1956 (1982 Reenactment) § 31-27-2, as amended by P.L. 1985, ch. 150, § 39.
