This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of Diet Center, Inc. (DCI) in an action asserting wrongful termination in an employment contract. In his complaint, the plaintiff-appellant, Gary Arnold, also alleged that as a result of his termination from employment with DCI, he suffered damages for defamation of character and invasion of privacy by post-termination publication of his alleged breach of confidentiality of DCI matters.
