George Paul Wolf III drove a stolen van from Coronado, California, to Ensenada, Mexico, where he was arrested by Mexican authorities. He was convicted of violating both 18 U.S.C. § 23121 for transporting in foreign commerce a motor vehicle known to be stolen and 18 U.S.C. § 23132 for possessing a stolen vehicle which had crossed a United States boundary.
