Udelsen and others seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered as a result of a motor vehicle accident which occurred on August 27, 1982. The matter was settled and dismissed with prejudice on October 4, 1984. Seven months later, on May 14, 1985, appellee filed a "motion to vacate" judgment...
