JACKSON, Judge:

Todd Emmit Turner appeals his 1985 jury convictions for burglary, a second degree felony under Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-202(1) (1978) and theft, a third degree felony under Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-404 (1978).
