Walter Sweet, the principal beneficiary of the will of his mother, Charlotte J. Sweet, appeals from a judgment of the Hancock County Probate Court finding that Mrs. Sweet intended to give her personal representative authority and discretion to pay a portion of Walter's share to some or all of Walter's creditors and any balance to the trustee of a pour-over trust that names Walter as the income beneficiary.
