Plaintiffs-appellants, Johann Ulrich Hansler and Chedly Saheb-Ettaba, brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by Hansler as a result of a dynamite explosion that occurred on the Synergia Ranch in Santa Fe County on November 4, 1983.
