Claimant Georgia Slessinger filed an application for mother's insurance benefits on September 24, 1984 based on the death on November 29, 1981 of her husband Steven Slessinger. After a hearing, the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") found on September 5, 1985 that claimant was not entitled to mother's insurance benefits because of her remarriage to Donald Snow on October 22, 1983.
