In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended that the respondent-attorney, Dennis Reed Grenemyer, (hereinafter Grenemyer or the respondent), be suspended for a period of three years from the date of his original suspension of January 3, 1986, and that he be assessed the costs of these proceedings.
