A jury found appellant guilty of murder and he received a sentence of forty-five years. This is a direct appeal stemming from that conviction.

There are six issues presented for review: (1) whether the trial court erred in permitting evidence concerning appellant's prior acts of misconduct; (2) whether the trial court erred in denying appellant's motion for mistrial when one of the court appointed psychiatrists changed his opinion mid-trial...
