Quality Industries, Inc., appeals from an order granting two motions to dismiss filed by the appellees, Fred Keyes and Jane Keyes. We refer to the motions in the sequence in which they were disposed of in the trial court's order. The first motion attacked the sufficiency of Quality's counterclaim filed in Keyes' action designed to discharge Quality's claim of lien.
