The Prince George's County Human Relations Commission (Commission) found that appellant, Levitz Furniture Corporation (Levitz), had been guilty of racial discrimination when it fired a black employee, appellee Willie Parks, Jr. The Commission ordered Levitz to cease and desist from enforcing personnel policies in a racially discriminatory manner and to reinstate Parks with back pay of $48,249.96.
