This suit arises from an accident in which the plaintiff, Ernest Annis was injured while draining the swimming pool of the defendants', Lester and Nanette Shapiro. Plaintiff filed suit against the Shapiros and their liability insurer, Commercial Union Insurance Company. The defendants moved for and were granted a summary judgment. Plaintiff appeals from that judgment.
