Michael Folsom was convicted of two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second degree (delivery of heroin) in violation of AS 11.71.020(a). Superior Court Judge Karl S. Johnstone sentenced Folsom to concurrent terms of ten years with four years suspended.
