Defendant, Sidney Anderson was charged with three (3) counts of armed robbery, violations of La. R.S. 14:64. He was tried and found guilty as charged on counts one (1) and two (2) and not guilty on count three (3). Defendant was sentenced to twenty-three (23) years at hard labor for count one (1) and to fifteen (15) years at hard labor for count two (2). The two sentences were to run concurrently without benefit...
