The Plaintiffs have filed a pro se amended complaint setting forth their claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The Plaintiffs seek monetary damages alleging that the Defendants violated the Plaintiffs' constitutional right to due process by destroying the Plaintiffs' "pet" monkey.
