The defendants are the maker, International Development Corporation, Inc., and seven co-guarantors, Thomas E. Zammit, Dr. Philip D. Sunseri, Emile M. Weber, Harry S. Banta, Sr., T. Waldo Morgan, Thomas G. Wells, Jr., and Lloyd J. Langlois, Jr.
