This matter is before the court on defendants' motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. The plaintiff, a Kansas resident, brought this action against the defendants for breach of an employment contract. Defendants argue that merely soliciting plaintiff in Kansas for employment, when they do no other business in Kansas, is insufficient to support jurisdiction...
