This is a lawsuit to enforce a continuing guaranty agreement. Plaintiff, Merchants Trust & Savings Bank, made two $10,000 loans to defendant Guy W. Olano Jr.—the first on January 7, 1982, the second on March 10, 1982. Olano defaulted on the loans and, after this suit was instituted, filed for bankruptcy.
